    At Majjlis, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, and we’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
  • Returns
    We accept returns for unworn, undamaged, and unaltered shoes within 03 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    Shoes must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear.
    All original packaging, including dust bags and tags, must be included.
  • Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges
    If you need a different size, style, or color, we are happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability. Simply reach out to our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  • Custom Orders
    Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made shoes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Return Process Timeline:
    Returns, handled through our courier partner, are typically completed within 10 business days.
  • Refund Issuance:
    Refunds will be processed only after our team conducts a thorough inspection of the returned items to confirm they meet our return criteria. Please note that any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If we receive items that are damaged or incorrect and do not meet our return conditions, no refund will be issued. Customers wishing to have these items returned to them will be responsible for covering a delivery fee of 25 SAR.
  • Reporting Damaged/Wrong Items:
    Customers who receive a damaged or incorrect item must submit a claim within 3 days of receiving the product. To file a claim, contact our Customer Service team at support@majjlis.com providing images of the damaged or incorrect item. After reviewing the claim, we may request the return of the item for inspection. Once the issue is verified, a refund will be issued.
